Shipping and returns
We deliver with DHL and we offer one option only:
Express Delivery, which guarantees delivery in 2-3 working days
Please bear in mind that for your own security, there might be a verification of the payment card data before shipping your order.
This normally requires less than 24 hours, but delivery times may be subject to delay by consequence.
Deliveries are scheduled Monday through Friday during normal business hours, except local holidays.
Express Shipping (2-3 days) is always free.
To protect your purchase we are unable to deliver any orders to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a suitable shipping address where we can ensure delivery and where someone can sign for your order
We do not ship to multiple addresses with a single order placed online. Please place the orders for each address separately.
When we dispatch your order, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number that you will be able to use on the DHL website (dhl.com) to check the status of your order at any time during the delivery process.
It can take up to 12 hours for the tracking number to be activated from the moment you receive the shipping confirmation email. The shipping confirmation email will also contain the invoice of your order, and it is also the moment in which your credit card has been debited.
Yes, once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email with a DHL tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order at any time. Please bear in mind it can take up to 12 hours from the receipt of that email for the tracking information to be available.
