While they may be followers of fashion, global cinema stars and pop princesses are both fashion victims and fashion leaders, dictating what becomes a must, and what ends up a must not, reinterpreting fashions, setting new trends and shaping new markets.

Every stylist's dream is to understand them, surprise them and interpret them. Giuseppe Zanotti has designed exclusive pieces just for them, creating surreally futuristic platforms and Swarovski crystal mosaics.... without ever overlooking their need for chic, understated style. The many celebrities going wild for his creations season after season prove just how successful his ideas are.

Graced by international A-listers, Giuseppe's shoes have swept across the red carpets that everyone who's anyone wants to be on. Take the 65th Cannes Film Festival for example, where Eva Longoria, Freida Pinto, Paz Vega, Natassja Kinski, Kim Kardashian, Bianca Balti, and Marion Cotillard picked the Italian brand to add extra glam factor to their outfits for the evening. Similarly dressed to impress were Erin Wasson, Jessica Chastain, Clotilde Courau, and Eva Herzigova.

The recent Venice Film Festival proved to be just as successful, with American actress and singer Vanessa Hudgens, Catrinel Marlon and Chinese model and actress Angelababy wearing Zanotti.

The list of cinema stars that the stylist has won over goes on and on.... Scarlett Johansson, Charlize Theron, Blake Lively, Jennifer Aniston, Debra Messing, Michelle Williams, Kate Bosworth, to name but a few.

The ensemble that Gwyneth Paltrow wore to the “Thanks For Sharing" premiere at the Toronto Film Festival was elegance par excellence. Her black dress set off the killer-heel, red suede pony sandals to perfection, and the gold heel cap was a suitably fashionable touch.

The hottest models of the moment, Anja Rubik, Elle Macpherson, and Karolina Kurkova are just as fashion-savvy, showing the same confidence in their own fashion choices as they do on the catwalk.... with the same impeccable results. Perfect outfits crowned by splendid shoes... all Giuseppe Zanotti Design obviously.

Staying at the top is not easy. And that goes for the music industry as well. Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, Selena Gomez, Pink, and Jessie James are just a few of Giuseppe's biggest fans. They can rely on his creative genius wherever they are and whatever they're doing... whether that's on-stage or at home, at a high-profile event or stepping out in a music video. Giuseppe Zanotti Design has a shoe for every occasion.

One of the biggest acts of the 21st century music scene, Lady Gaga, is certainly no exception to the rule. Giuseppe was behind some of her wildest choices, like the platform wedge booties the pop singer wore for her FAME perfume commercial trailer, which were gravity-defying taken to the extreme...

For Shakira the choice was sculpted wedges, where the swaying silhouette of the black patent heel-less sandal in the Addicted to you video added a sensual touch to her step. In the same video, the singer also wears the exclusive gold cuff bracelet with ring from the Giuseppe Zanotti Bijoux collection.

If you love the stylist's shoes, you just can't help but love the accessories too.... from simple decorations for sandals and courts to full-on bling. Alicia Keys, Mary J. Blige and Jennifer Lopez couldn't resist the temptation, and quickly followed in Beyoncè and Lady Gaga's footsteps, giving the accessories their seal of approval and sealing their must-have status. For the cover of her fifth album Girl on Fire, Alicia Keys wore the smooth, shaped gold choker. The bustier necklace that Mary J. Blige rocked on stage and the body belt necklace that Jennifer Lopez chose for both her Dance Again album cover and video feature a clever triangle-on-triangle construction. Not forgetting the sandals that the Puerto Rican singer chose for her American Idol appearance or that Nelly Furtado wore to the MuchMusic Video Awards. The gold-tone plate wrapping the ankle redefines the limits of where shoes stop and jewelry begins.

For the magnificent Kylie Minogue, the choice was a pair of killer heels. Performing at the Diamond Jubilee concert held in June, the pop icon chose black suede, lace-up ankle boots with crystal tone-on-tone detailing and silver heels, the same ones she wore for her Timebomb video.

But the pop princess' wardrobe is not all killer heels, futuristic platforms and ultra-chic, embellished sandals: she's just as likely to be seen in the versatile sneakers that the Italian stylist’s non-stop creative talents have conjured up. His sneakers are happy-go-lucky, they're cheerful (and sometimes cheeky too), and their metropolitan chic vibe has won over key names in the international showbiz set. Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Mel C, and Jennifer Lopez have all been seen wearing them on and off the stage.

The male version is attracting an A-list following too... from Justin Bieber, who wanted not just one pair but boxes of them on his latest tour, to R&B singer Neyo, rappers Tyga, Wale and Future, and Kanye West. But when it comes to new trends in men's fashion, it’s loafers that are number one on Giuseppe Zanotti's creative agenda. Sharp and sophisticated, the new Giuseppe Homme range has caught the eye of Anya Rubik's husband Sasha Knezevic, and of faithful follower Kanye West.
