Countries to which we deliver
The website should automatically recognize the Country from where you are connecting.
It is possible to change the Country of delivery by clicking on the link Delivery Country.
Orders made from a Country site different from the one you are shipping to, or to addresses to which our courier cannot ship (for example P.O. Boxes or General Delivery/Poste Restante addresses) will be automatically cancelled.

Tracking the delivery
You may track the delivery of your order by using the Tracking Number provided by EMS Russian Post.
You will find the Tracking Number for your order either in My Order or in the shipping confirmation e-mail.
Registered users can also check the status of their orders in My Account.
Please note that the Tracking Number may be inactive until your package reaches Russian Federation. If you do not see any tracking data for your shipment during the first 3-4 days from the shipping date, please do not be alarmed.
EMS Russian Post service delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times.
Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse.
