We invite you to complete this Return Form within 15 days from the date you received your parcel in order to receive your Return Number.

Return items must be handed over to UPS within 15 days from the date the parcel was delivered to you.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 15-day grace period has expired or items that are not in the same condition you received them in.
